What are the three critical questions you would ask pertaining to “anthropogenic climate change: a worst-case scenario” – and why?
1. If climate change is beyond our control, what is the sequence of elements for a world plan to adapt?
2. How can we prevent our negative scenarios from becoming self-fulfilling and trigger better decisions instead?
3. How can a global energy-environment collective intelligence be implemented that will help turn around climate change?
